Mission Week

"A new missionary era is beginning in the Church: if for a long time we have associated mission with "departure", today the frontiers of mission are no longer geographical, as poverty, suffering and the desire for greater hope come to us.... We need to revive our awareness of our missionary vocation, which is born of the desire to bring the joy and consolation of the Gospel to everyone, especially to those who are living through a difficult and wounded history".

"Every church is missionary, and it is urgent that it goes out to proclaim the gospel to everyone, in every place, on every occasion, without delay, without repulsion and without fear."

The Spirit sends us to continue Christ's work on the world's peripheries, sometimes marked by war, injustice and suffering. "

Leo XIV

Tiberiade will be 40 years old in 2028. We have helped and financed many projects and missions around the world. Now, next year, we will follow the impetus given to us by the Pope to be missionaries everywhere else and HERE, where we are. We'll be helping the Church Here and There.

May the breath of the Spirit inspire us in our drive towards Joy.
