The Church speaks to man.

The Church addresses people with full respect for their freedom; the Mission does not restrict freedom, but rather encourages it. The Church proposes, it imposes nothing. It respects people and cultures, and stops at the altar of conscience. To those who oppose its missionary activity under the most varied pretexts, the Church repeats: "Open the doors of Christ.
