World Mission Week

"I wish to urge the entire Church to continue with joy and zeal, in the Holy Spirit, on the missionary journey, which requires hearts united in Christ, reconciled communities, and, on the part of everyone, a willingness to collaborate with generosity and trust. As we reflect on our oneness in Christ and our unity in mission, let us allow ourselves to be guided and inspired by divine grace, so that we may ‘renew within ourselves the fire of the missionary vocation’ and move forward together in the commitment to evangelization, toward ‘a new missionary era’ in the history of the Church (Homily during the Mass for the Jubilee of the Missionary World and Migrants, October 5, 2025). The Church’s primary missionary responsibility is to renew and keep alive the spiritual and fraternal unity among its members.”
